By car

Central-Nagano Highway, through Toyoshina Interchange or Kanetsu and Jowshinetsu Highway through Nagano Interchange: both routes take about 4 hours drive.

[From Nagoya]

It takes about 3 hours 30 minutes via the Toyoshina interchange.

[Convenient interchanges]

Nagano Highway (Toyoshina Interchange), Jowshinetsu Highway (Nagano Interchange). It takes about 60 minutes on both two roads.
